Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Story Build and Go, a service of Story Brand Agency LLC ("Story," "we," "us"), including the myportal.storystl.com application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Story Build and Go provides AI-assisted generation of marketing content — including text, images, and (on eligible plans) web and print materials — based on a brand brief developed with you by a Story strategist. Available generation types and monthly generation credits depend on your subscription plan.

2. Accounts

Accounts are provisioned by Story following a brand-build engagement. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Team-plan accounts may include additional seats for members of your organization; you're responsible for their use of the Service too.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

The Service is billed on a recurring monthly subscription via our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal linked in your dashboard. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Each plan includes a monthly allotment of generation credits that resets each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over. If your account falls past due on payment, generation access is paused until billing is resolved.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate text and images based on your brand brief and prompts. You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, and should be reviewed by you before publication or use.
• AI-generated images may render text, logos, or fine detail imperfectly or illegibly.
• We do not guarantee that generated content is free of third-party intellectual property claims; you're responsible for reviewing generated content before using it commercially.
• Generated content is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind.

5. Your Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of the brand materials, intake information, and prompts you provide us. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the content generated for your account through the Service and may use it for your business purposes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that impersonates another person or brand without authorization. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment or violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Story Brand Agency LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated content.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
