This Privacy Policy explains how Story Brand Agency LLC ("Story," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with Story Build and Go (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: business name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).
• Brand brief information: the intake details, brand voice, and business story you or your Story strategist provide, used to personalize AI generation.
• Generation content: the prompts you submit and the content generated in response, kept as part of your account history.
• Billing information: handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe — we do not store your card details ourselves.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to operate the Service: authenticating your account, generating on-brand content, processing billing, and providing support. We do not sell your information.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on the following providers to operate the Service, each of which processes data as necessary to provide their part of it:

• Anthropic — processes your prompts and brand brief to generate text content.
• Cloudflare — hosts the application, database, and generated image files, and powers image generation.
• Stripe — processes subscription payments and stores payment method details on our behalf.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and generation data for as long as your account is active, so your generation history remains available to you. If you close your account, you can request deletion of your data by contacting us.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing greg@storystl.com.

6. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on the application.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at individuals under 18.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
