Plans differ only in price and how many AI credits you get each month: Starter ($99/mo) gets 60 credits/month; Growth ($199/mo) gets 150 credits/month; Pro ($349/mo) gets 300 credits/month. Ask doesn't cost credits — it's for research: competitor, market, or audience questions, answered with real web search grounded in your Brand Build. The guided tools (social posts, proposals, and the rest) produce a finished deliverable and use credits.
Every generated deliverable (a post, an image, a proposal, a web section) uses credits from your plan's monthly allotment. They reset every billing cycle and don't roll over. If you run out before your reset date, you can buy a top-up pack — those never expire. Ask/research doesn't use credits at all.
Once you're set up, upload your logo and real photos of your team, shop, or job sites from your dashboard. Your logo is then used automatically in guided social posts and anywhere else it fits — you don't have to attach it each time.
Every plan includes 1 seat. Need more? The account owner can invite teammates from the dashboard — extra seats are $59/mo each, prorated onto your next invoice. Everyone on the account shares the same monthly credits.
Once you're live, there's a "Something change?" box right on your dashboard's Brand Build tab. But once a Brand Build is approved, it's locked in as the finished result of a considered strategy process — not something edited in small pieces. We'll either take care of small stuff directly, or let you know it needs a new Brand Build ($499, the same flat rate as your original one) or an additional audience segment ($349).
Yes — once you're set up, you can download it as a PowerPoint straight from your dashboard. It includes your Brand Core, Audience Strategy, and a few resource links on running targeted social ads.
No hard cap — it's governed by your monthly credits, not a count. Most accounts create quite a bit before running low; if you find yourself running out regularly, a top-up pack or a plan upgrade are both options.
You can cancel within 7 days of signing up for a full refund of your subscription payment. The one-time Brand Build fee isn't refundable — that's real strategist work, done specifically for your business, not a software cost. If you paid annually, your refund is reduced by any Brand Build discount that plan came with (Growth/annual includes 50% off the Brand Build base fee, Pro/annual includes it free), since that discount was tied to the annual commitment.
